Terms of Use

Last updated: 21 July 2026
These terms govern use of the Chismic app and website during its invite-only beta. By using Chismic, you agree to these terms.

Beta service

Chismic is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and the service may be unavailable at times (including via a remote kill-switch used to force critical updates). It's provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, for evaluation by invited bureaus.

Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Bureau admins are responsible for the staff and data they add to their bureau's account.

Acceptable use

Use Chismic only for legitimate home-nursing/caretaker bureau operations. Don't upload false credentials, misrepresent staff qualifications, or use the platform to store or transmit anything unlawful.

Client and patient data

If you're a bureau, you confirm you have the right to collect and enter the client/patient information you put into Chismic (including via the intake questionnaire), and that you'll handle it in line with applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for how we store and protect that data.

Android installation

The Android app is distributed as a direct APK download during beta (not via the Play Store). You're responsible for enabling installs from this source on your own device. We are not responsible for issues caused by installing from unofficial or unrelated sources — always download from chismic.com.

Changes

We may update these terms as the beta evolves; continued use after a change means you accept the update. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

Contact
