These terms apply to chismic.com and to purchases from Chismic. Chismic is run by Sumit Kumar (sole proprietor), trading as Chismic, Badlapur, Thane, Maharashtra, India. By using the site you agree to these terms.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and does not oblige you to buy. Your place on the list gives you early access to the First Edition; it does not reserve a specific item or number. Numbered First Edition pieces are allocated in order of purchase.
Products and descriptions
Until launch, products are shown as illustrations and descriptions of their design. Final specifications, photos and prices are published on each product page before sale. Colours may look slightly different on screen than in person.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
Orders
An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item turns out to be unavailable or was listed at an obviously wrong price.

Use of the site
Do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or sign others up to the waitlist without their consent. The Chismic name, logo, designs, text and images belong to us; please don't reuse them without permission.
Liability
We make every effort to keep the site accurate and available, but we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Thane, Maharashtra.
