A lead comes in

Share your bureau's own intake link and a client fills in their requirement directly — or your admin enters it manually. Either way it lands as a new Lead in your pipeline.

You assign your staff

Offer the case to nurses or caretakers on your roster who match — role, availability, rate. First to accept locks it in; everyone else is notified automatically.

Operations run themselves

Attendance, vitals, and shift notes are logged from the field. Present/absent/leave for every day of the case is visible on one timeline, matching what gets billed.

You bill with confidence

Service days are calculated from the exact same attendance record shown on the case — no separate spreadsheet to reconcile, no revenue leaking through gaps.
