Returns

If you're not happy with your kit, you can return it within 7 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Write to hello@chismic.com with your order number and we'll arrange a pickup.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including any delivery charge, at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order is dispatched.

Refunds

• Refunds go back to the original payment method.
• We start the refund within 2 working days of receiving and checking the returned item; banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.
• For change-of-mind returns, the original delivery charge (if any) is not refunded.

Want the other colour? Tell us when you request the return and we'll swap it if it's in stock.
